Why can't I sign the Tenancy Agreement straight away?

At the stage you decide that you would like to rent our property on Windmill Lane we will ask you to complete a prospective tenant application form. 

We will provide you with a draft tenancy agreement for you to consider together with  various other documents.

We will undertake various credit and employment reference checks in respect of your nominated Guarantor. If applicable we will also obtain a reference from your current landlord as to how you have conducted your current tenancy.

When satisfactory references have been obtained we will send  a Guarantor Agreement to your nominated Guarantor for them to sign.

Once any current Landlord references (if applicable) have been obtained  and all the Guarantor issues have been completed we will be in a position to sign the the Tenancy Agreement.
