What is a Guarantor?

We do require our student tenants to have a UK based Guarantor, who must usually be in full time, fixed term employment.
 
A Guarantor is a person who is UK based and is prepared to make a legal undertaking that they will pay your rent or other payment in the event that you are unable or unwilling to do so. Guarantors are usually parents or guardians of the student but do not necessarily have to be a relative.
