How often do I have to pay the rent?

Rent is collected termly - four times per annum to coincide with your student loan dates.

​

The first payment will be due one week before the commencement of the tenancy.

​

We appreciate that you are not in receipt of any loan payments during the summer months, therefore if you wish we can arrange for the rent in the summer to be paid in monthly instalments.

We send polite reminder letters to you a few days before each payment is due.
